It seems very surreal that in Cumbernauld the world we have previously only seen in our own imagination is beginning to take shape and be crafted into a living breathing entity. Today the filming of the Outlander TV series has begun. Today the official @Outlander_Starz twitter account showed this message along with a photograph of executive producer Ron Moore holding a very fetching sword. I've said right from the beginning that Ron has the right look about him to play Rupert if they roughed him up a bit!

Ron Moore could be the very suitable person to play any roles in Outlander. He looks like a real man not like a childish, girl faced boy. With all respect, Jura
I've always said he would look great in a kilt swinging a sword!
